In fact, the musical beeping noise the system makes when it's opening is the same musical beeping the old Bulldog Vaults BD2000 and BD3000 used to make. Probably it's the same circuitry, since only a handful of companies in China make all these motorized bolt mechanisms.

Anyway, if you really want a safe with a plastic gun on top of it, you can retrofit this safe with a better lock. If you know locks, that is, and if you're mechanically inclined.
